CBT Therapist

Clinical Lead

My name is Caris. I am a BABCP accredited CBT therapist. I am a Service Manager and Clinical Supervisor within a NHS team outside of Oxford. I was previously a Senior Psychology Lecturer on an accredited CBT Masters course.  â€‹My background includes working in various mental health settings including prisons, community clinics and hospitals for over 10 years.  I mainly work with CBT. I have also trained in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and a range of others therapies. I have experience in working with young people, adults and older adults. My perspective on therapy is that there are two people sat in a room, one has knowledge of therapy and the other has their experience and difficulties. The aim is to collaboratively work together to get you to where you would like to be. I don't underestimate the first contact can be intimidating and takes a lot of courage. I am compassionate, calm and non-judgmental. My job is very privileged and we work at the pace you feel comfortable with.

CBT Therapist

Hello, I am Natalie a compassionate, experienced and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. My experience includes over a decade working in mental health settings, with people from all walks of life. I have a wealth of experience in supporting people with common mental health difficulties, such as symptoms of depression and anxiety, to make positive changes in their lives. I currently work as an Operational Manager and CBT Therapist within the NHS. I have completed a Masters degree in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and this is the main therapeutic approach that I use. I understand that it can be difficult to take that initial step towards change. I am confident that I can help ease this experience by providing a warm and open space to understand your difficulties together, and help you feel empowered to overcome them. This means that we work with what is important to you, agree collaboratively what help you live the life you are hoping for and work together towards meaningful, long lasting and useful change.

CBT Therapist

My name is Reece, and I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Mental Health Nurse.  I currently work as senior therapist and clinical lead over multiple NHS trusts.  I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of mental health settings including schools, GP practices, community clinics, CAMHS and hospitals throughout my career.

I specialise in both CBT and DBT to help to support people experiencing problems such, as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and emotional dysregulation. I enjoy working with all ages and have undergone relevant training to better support individuals who are neurodivergent.

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is a powerful tool in recovery, and my goal is to provide a safe and comfortable space to allow you to work through your difficulties.
